Our stylish apartment features two luxurious king beds and a convenient queen-sized pull-out couch, providing ample space for a comfortable stay. Additionally, we've added a queen air bed, perfect for accommodating children. Please note that while our apartment is spacious and well-appointed, we want to make sure you're aware that there is only one bathroom available. We strive to make your stay as comfortable as possible and provide all the essentials you'll need for a relaxing visit. Our prime location offers easy access to Downtown and The Pearl, ensuring you'll have a memorable stay in our vibrant city. We look forward to hosting you and ensuring your trip is unforgettable! Key Features: Two king beds (upstairs King bed is more firm than the downstairs bed), one queen-sized pull-out couch, and a queen air bed Fully-equipped kitchen Complimentary Wi-Fi Gym and pool access Please keep in mind that we have no control when the pool is closed for maintenance. Beautiful unit. Great location. Very quiet. The pool area was lovely. It is about a mile walk down the riverwalk to restaurant row. Downstairs bed is very soft and upstairs is very firm. It would also be nice to have some sort of dresser to store clothes in, in both bedrooms. We had to live out of our suitcases for everything other than the hanging clothes. Only complaint is that the washing machine seems to be broken. The drum shakes terribly and it is extremely loud. Overall a great stay and would book this unit again if I ever go back to San Antonio.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful loft right over the San Antonio River Walk! The location couldn’t be better—just steps away from the heart of downtown, with easy access to restaurants, shops, and all the River Walk charm. The loft itself was stylish, clean, and very comfortable, with high ceilings and large windows that gave it a bright, airy feel. The view of the river from the loft was peaceful and scenic, and it was such a treat to be right in the middle of everything while still having a quiet, cozy space to unwind. The host was responsive and thoughtful, making check-in smooth and stress-free. If you’re looking for a unique, central place to stay in San Antonio, this loft is a gem. We’d definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay at Luis’s place! The apartment was located in a quieter part of the Riverwalk, perfect for children especially in the evenings. We were in walking distance to a food truck park with a kids playground, El Camino. We were able to rent scooters or a quick drive to busier parts of the riverwalk. A short drive to Sea World and Japanese Tea Gardens. The apartment was clean, well stocked with kitchen supplies, a comfortable couch for hanging out. Beds were also very comfortable. Overall Luis’s place was perfect for our needs. In addition, we received a quick response anytime we reached out. Highly recommend Luis’s place!

Luis and Mercedes place is an awesome centrally located location close to downtown San Antonio. Just a close walk or drive to many restaurants and bars. Nice view and the outdoor terrace/balcony was a great extra! Excellent communication and offered us assistance with recommendations. The building was safe with passcode entry. I’d highly recommend this Airbnb when visiting San Antonio.

We absolutely could not have loved Luis & Mercedes’ beautiful, modern, & trendy place in SATX any more! It was absolutely perfect for our family of 4 with 2 teens. The loft area, the outdoor space overlooking the river/cityscapes, the artsy pool, & the access to the riverwalk were more than we could have imagined. Uber drivers found us easily when we wanted to go down or across town, & we found 2 amazing places within a short, non crowded stroll on the riverwalk just outside the entryway. (Commonwealth & Elsewhere! Go to both!) The couch & beds were crazy comfy, & even in the heart of the city we still felt hometown levels of safety & privacy. Luis & Mercedes were stellar communicators- even including detailed pictures of everything & updating us about trash services that had changed slightly due to the Super Bowl. Games in the living room & laundry pods in a cute jar were added happy bonuses! Our whole family was top shelf thrilled with this Airbnb pick & hosts! Thank y’all so much!
