It was clean, everyone was nice, and everything we wanted to do was only minutes away. The smell of dog poop since the area for the dogs was right outside of the door.

I cannot say enough good things about my stay at this Airbnb on 120 Ninth Street. I traveled to San Antonio to visit my sister in the hospital and needed to bring my dog with me, so finding the right place was extremely important. This was, without question, one of the most accommodating Airbnb rentals I have ever stayed in. The unit was very spacious, exceptionally clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully stocked. I specifically needed a pet-friendly rental, and I was so impressed that there were no pet fees and a convenient area right outside the door to walk my dog. That made such a difference during an already stressful trip. The outdoor patio was another huge bonus. I loved being able to sit outside with my coffee in the mornings, and the River Walk access just steps away made the location even better. The owners communicated throughout the entire process and were always responsive whenever I had questions or concerns. The kitchen was fully equipped with quality cookware, dishes, appliances, and even complimentary coffee, creamer, and sweetener. So many rentals charge extra fees or limit basic amenities, but this place truly felt welcoming and accommodating. The only downside was parking. While free parking is available in front of the building, the spaces tend to fill up in the evenings. There is also a nearby paid lot that charges around $20 for eight hours, and a free parking garage around the corner. Normally that would not have been a major issue, but traveling with an elderly dog made the longer walk less practical for me personally.

We are repeat guests and we love the apartment and location. The apartment is clean, comfortable, pet friendly and the location is awesome. You can walk out the door and you're right on the San Antonio river within 1 mile walking distance to the center of the Riverwalk. The parking garage with a gate directly connected to the apartments is very convenient too. Some folks could probably do a better job of cleaning up after their dogs in the common outdoor areas. There may be pet odors outside but the apartment itself is very clean and well maintained.

El departamento es super tranquilo y limpio, esta muy bien ubicado. Los anfitriones son super atentos y en general en el edificio hay gente muy amable todos te ayudan con cualquier duda, sin duda mi proxima eleccion al visitar San Antonio

The apartment is in a quiet and beautiful part of the Riverwalk, with a lovely view from the balcony. The unit is spacious, clean, and nicely decorated. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything we needed, including cooking ingredients, coffee, and a full-size refrigerator. Having a washer and dryer in the unit was very convenient. The location is excellent, and the host was responsive and quick to answer questions. Overall, the stay exceeded my expectations. The cooking pots and pans are a bit old and have noticeable scratches. Since we did quite a bit of cooking during our stay, having newer pots and pans would make a big difference. Replacing them would further improve an already great experience.

The location was great next to food trucks and local restaurants not so heavily traveled by all the tourists. I do dont think I didn’t like anything it was close enough to everything without being caught up in the commercial tourist trap.

Slight adventure gaining access to the room, one doorway was temporarily closed, however, the instructions were very clear and we were able to find the apartment. Overall, the apartment and host exceeded our expectations. Good amenities, even had coffee in the kitchen for the coffee maker. Highly recommend, and would definitely repeat if an when we return to San Antonio. Not any issues.

Everything was great. The attention to detail was superb. The location was amazing. The cleaning crew even left little designs on the folded toilet paper and paper towels...so cute. Luis was very good about responding quickly and provided lots of details that were informative. I have no complaints, they really did an outstanding job. Although, sone feedback for the cleaning crew...leave more toilet paper. The 2.5 rolls for 3 people for 3 nights is not quite enough, specially when we are all females. But other than that, all was superb.

Das Penthouse ist wunderschön und liebevoll eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was man in einer normalen Wohnung ebenfalls benötigt: schöne und ausreichend Hand- und Badetücher für Badezimmer und Pool, gut riechendes Duschgel, Shampoo und Spülung, alle möglichen Gläser, schicke Teller, Schüsseln, Pfannen, etc, welche zum Frühstücken und auch mal zum Kochen benötigt werden. Geliebt haben wir den neuwertigen großen Klappkühlschrank mit Gefrierlade und Eiswürfel-Maker. Von der gemütlichen Couch aus haben wir Netflix, etc. geschaut und den Anblick der tollen Küche und des Luftraumes in den oberen Stock genossen. Der offene Wohnraum hat viele Fenster (mit Rollo) mit Ausblick nach Downtown und auf den River-Walk. Man geht übrigens entlang des Rivers zu Fuß gemütlich ca 30 Minuten bis zum berühmten Riverwalk mit den Restaurants, mit dem E-Fahrrad (welche vor der Haustüre angeboten werden) wäre man natürlich um vieles schneller da. Das Bett im Hauptschlafzimmer fühlte sich beim Hinsetzen zuerst sehr weich an, man schlief jedoch dann himmlisch in der angenehmen Bettwäsche. Das Bad ist mit dem Hauptschlafzimmer verbunden. Das 2. Schlafzimmer im oberen Stock haben wir nicht genutzt. Dadurch erreicht man übrigens die große Terrasse, welche ja der Grund für unsere Buchung war - einfach wunderbar den Sonnenuntergang neben der Downtown San Antonio zu beobachten und den Abend zu genießen!! Langer Rede kurzer Sinn: wir würden wieder dort übernachten. Ein wenig Schatten gibt es immer, für uns aber kein Grund dort nicht zu übernachten: die Teppiche in den langen Fluren des Gebäudes sind stark verschmutzt und riechen unangenehm. Manche Hausbewohner halten einem bewusst die Türe nicht auf, vermutlich um Eindringlinge zu verhindern, aber trotzdem unangenehm. Der Clicker für die Garage hat nicht funktioniert (der Host hat Hilfe angeboten) wir konnten aber immer hinter einem anderen Auto in die Garage fahren.
