If you’re looking for a place to stay , this is the one ! Super close to the places we visited . It was a lovely and relaxing weekend with my family. Everything was so clean !! And the house had everything to make the stay better .

We had a wonderful stay, the location was right on the Riverwalk and a close walking distance to tons of amazing restaurants and things to do. We brought our dogs and it was very dog friendly. Hosts answered any questions we had promptly and were very helpful.

absolutely love staying on the Riverwalk. We were able to walk to the Pearl district every morning and enjoy restaurants and amazing views. This is a great location and hope to be back soon. The water shuttle is a must and there is a pick up spot right by this location.

We had a great stay for my mother's 68th bday with my husband and 1.5 year old. the highchair, pack n play, and plastic dishes were great extra touches. We will definitely stay again! it is a happening part of the Riverwalk, but did come with some noise from the street as a result. We used earplugs in one bedroom and a travel size noise machine for my son in the other and had zero issues or complaints! towels, linens, and shampoo/conditiioer/body wash were all nice quality.

Stayed at this apartment/ Airbnb for 4 nights and was not disappointed. All amenities worked and everything was clean and in great shape. We visited the pool and took advantage of all of the surrounding opportunities that were around the block, including the parking garage and near by food trucks. The atmosphere in general was very private yet friendly. If you’ll be in San Antonio for a few days or so I would highly recommend this couples place. Would definitely stay again! Thanks for being kind hosts.

Das Penthouse ist wunderschön und liebevoll eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was man in einer normalen Wohnung ebenfalls benötigt: schöne und ausreichend Hand- und Badetücher für Badezimmer und Pool, gut riechendes Duschgel, Shampoo und Spülung, alle möglichen Gläser, schicke Teller, Schüsseln, Pfannen, etc, welche zum Frühstücken und auch mal zum Kochen benötigt werden. Geliebt haben wir den neuwertigen großen Klappkühlschrank mit Gefrierlade und Eiswürfel-Maker. Von der gemütlichen Couch aus haben wir Netflix, etc. geschaut und den Anblick der tollen Küche und des Luftraumes in den oberen Stock genossen. Der offene Wohnraum hat viele Fenster (mit Rollo) mit Ausblick nach Downtown und auf den River-Walk. Man geht übrigens entlang des Rivers zu Fuß gemütlich ca 30 Minuten bis zum berühmten Riverwalk mit den Restaurants, mit dem E-Fahrrad (welche vor der Haustüre angeboten werden) wäre man natürlich um vieles schneller da. Das Bett im Hauptschlafzimmer fühlte sich beim Hinsetzen zuerst sehr weich an, man schlief jedoch dann himmlisch in der angenehmen Bettwäsche. Das Bad ist mit dem Hauptschlafzimmer verbunden. Das 2. Schlafzimmer im oberen Stock haben wir nicht genutzt. Dadurch erreicht man übrigens die große Terrasse, welche ja der Grund für unsere Buchung war - einfach wunderbar den Sonnenuntergang neben der Downtown San Antonio zu beobachten und den Abend zu genießen!! Langer Rede kurzer Sinn: wir würden wieder dort übernachten. Ein wenig Schatten gibt es immer, für uns aber kein Grund dort nicht zu übernachten: die Teppiche in den langen Fluren des Gebäudes sind stark verschmutzt und riechen unangenehm. Manche Hausbewohner halten einem bewusst die Türe nicht auf, vermutlich um Eindringlinge zu verhindern, aber trotzdem unangenehm. Der Clicker für die Garage hat nicht funktioniert (der Host hat Hilfe angeboten) wir konnten aber immer hinter einem anderen Auto in die Garage fahren.

The apartment is clean and spacious, comfortable & has a variety of options to make the stay enjoyable. The host made the check in process easy to navigate. I liked that it was a relaxed place to be in the city.

Amazing location. Everything was very clean. Had nice washer and dryer. Comfortable bed, and good security Some of the door of the apartment complex are confusing to open or could not open.

5 stars no doubt. location was primetime. the apartment itself was like 🎵🎶 Well we're movin' on up (movin on up) To the east side (movin on up) To a deluxe apartment in the sky. Movin' on up (movin on up) To the east side (movin on up) We finally got a piece of the pie. A+ 100% if you're in San Antonio this is the place you want to stay! thanks Luis and Mercedes for making my stay FANTABULOUS !!
